• Step 1 – Tell us where you are staying in Edinburgh.
• Step 2 – We give you pick up details and a collection time.
• Step 3 – On the morning of your tour stand outside your Hotel or Guest House.

Please be ready for the collection time you are given and allow a few minutes for our driver to arrive. If you know you're going to be late, can't find your meeting point or need further directions/information then please call us on 0131 555 5558 and we can help you. Our phones lines open at 07:00am

Gray Line is the only Highland Tour company in Edinburgh to offer a complimentary pick up service on the morning of your tour. We will pick you up from the door of most Hotels and Guest Houses in Edinburgh City Centre.

If you are staying somewhere outside the city or coming from a Private Address we can arrange a meeting point for you, usually the nearest Hotel, Guest House or landmark.

Please Note: It is not always possible to pick up from the door of hotels or guest houses due to roadworks, one way systems, dead ends or numerous other reasons. We would do our best to ensure you do not have to walk far to meet us.

Drop Off: We can't guarantee you will be dropped off exactly where you were picked up, sometimes you can be depending on our route back into the city. Your driver will discuss this with you. We drop off at convenient points back in the City Centre.
